OUR SHELTER TEAM

We would like to introduce the people who are currently part of our team and explain what each person is responsible for. As our team continues to grow, responsibilities are gradually being shared among more people.

Oksana Asadova — Shelter Director
Oksana oversees the overall operation of the shelter, including finances, purchasing supplies, veterinary care, construction and maintenance projects, dog adoptions, communication with local authorities and services, and the many day-to-day needs of the shelter.

Vitya, Lena, Olya, and Vanya — Shelter Assistants
They help with the daily work at the shelter, including cleaning, feeding and caring for the dogs, keeping the shelter organized, general maintenance, and construction-related work.

Zamir and Darya — Social Media Content
Zamir and Darya create videos, publish content, and share posts across our social media platforms, including Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Irina — Adoption & Social Media Support
Irina mainly helps with adoption posts and reposts about animals looking for homes, as well as lost and found animals. She also assists with managing our Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram channels.

Irina Anatolyevna — Administrator & Adopted Dogs Coordinator
Irina Anatolyevna is our new administrator and coordinator for adopted dogs. She will stay in touch with new owners, collect photo and video updates, follow the lives of our former shelter dogs after adoption, and help respond to messages and questions from our followers.

Inna — Records & Documentation
Inna is responsible for organizing and maintaining the shelter’s records and archives. This includes financial reports, veterinary records, dog intake and adoption records, vaccinations, documents, official requests, and responses we receive. 

Alex — International Outreach
Alex leads our international outreach efforts. He creates and develops the shelter’s websites for an international audience and helps share the stories of our dogs and the work of the shelter beyond Uzbekistan. Our goal is to reach people in different countries, increase awareness of our shelter, and give our dogs more opportunities to receive support and find loving homes.
