Charlotte — a special girl from our shelter

Charlotte was found in Bukhara in August 2025.

She was lying in a corner, crying in pain. When a girl came closer, she noticed that the puppy had a serious problem with her leg.

The girl asked our volunteer group for help so Charlotte could be taken to a veterinarian.

Together, we raised the funds for her treatment.

Sadly, the infection was already very severe, and the veterinarian said the paw joint could not be saved. Charlotte had to undergo surgery.

After the surgery, Charlotte came to live at our shelter

She was only about 3 months old at the time.

Now Charlotte is already 1 year and 2 months old

Despite everything she went through, she grew up to be a very kind, active, and cheerful dog

Charlotte loves people, children, walks, and of course to have a delicious meal

She has a wonderful appetite.

She adapted perfectly to life on three legs and does not let it stop her from enjoying life
